Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the content and conduct that are prohibited when using AnimateImage AI. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to every image you upload and every prompt you submit. By using the service you agree to follow this policy. We enforce it through automated content moderation and manual review.
1. Automated Content Moderation
Before any generation begins, every prompt is screened by an automated content moderation system. Prompts that are flagged or denied are rejected and no video is produced. Attempting to bypass, evade, or defeat this moderation is itself a violation of this policy.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use AnimateImage AI to upload, generate, request, or distribute:
- NSFW, explicit, or sexually suggestive content — pornographic, nude, sexualized, or sexually suggestive imagery of any kind.
- Any sexual content involving minors — this includes real, fictional, stylized, or AI-generated depictions. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities.
- Deepfakes, face-swaps, and face manipulation — content that swaps, replaces, or manipulates a person's face, or that impersonates, misrepresents, or fabricates the likeness or identity of any real individual.
- Non-consensual or private imagery — content depicting identifiable people without their consent, including intimate or compromising imagery.
- Hateful, harassing, or violent content — material that promotes hatred, harassment, bullying, discrimination, self-harm, terrorism, or graphic or gratuitous violence.
- Illegal or harmful content — anything that violates applicable laws, promotes illegal activity, or facilitates fraud, deception, or harm to others.
- Infringing content — material that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party. You must own or be licensed to use every image you upload.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or evade our content moderation or safety systems.
- Use automated means to overload, disrupt, or abuse the service.
- Resell, redistribute, or misrepresent AnimateImage AI or its outputs as an official product of any underlying model provider.
- Use the service in any manner that violates our Terms of Service.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in the rejection of a prompt, removal of content, suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of remaining credits, and, where required, referral to law enforcement. We may take these actions with or without notice.
